Field Clinical/Sales Position
Medical Johnson City/Tri Cities, TN Base + bonus + car allowance

Multi-billion dollar company is seeking Field Clinical/Sales candidates to introduce several cutting edge products into the surgical suite/OR.

Demonstrate proper surgical application of all company products. Properly communicate dynamic functions of entire product line. Responsibility for reporting and tracking the following information at target accounts (i.e. number of surgical procedures performed annually, competitive dollar volume total and by key product groups, and hospital information report (key decision makers contract, etc.) Responsibility for knowing surgery schedules at target accounts on a daily basis. (minimum requirement to contact hospital the evening before). Accountability for sales versus forecast as determined by sales management. Establish a method to utilize time effectively to sell in target accounts and achieve results by using target strategy and daily action plan.

Selected candidates will promote company products through education of current and potential customers, implant and patient clinic coverage by providing clinical education, sales strategy and support in order to achieve projected sales goals.

B.A. or B.S. Three to five years of successful sales experience in Medical Device, preferably within the Cardiac Surgery, industry. Or Two year degree with five years minimum of clinical experience, i.e. Physician Assistant, Surgical Tech, and Perfusionist.

Primary Care Division Manager
Pharmaceuticals Jacksonville, FL Base + bonus + company car

One of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies has a leadership opportunity for an experienced and talented professional.

A Primary Care Division Manager is responsible for developing and managing 8-10 Sales Professionals. Their primary goal is to increase the number of product recommendations by physicians, physician assistants, nurses and nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities include setting a business plan and goals for the division; managing sales objectives; recruiting, selecting, and retaining Sales Professionals in sales area; monitoring and developing Sales Professionals; focusing on customer needs; demonstrating product knowledge; establishing effective communication with partners and counterparts.

Must haves: Bachelors degree is required - business, marketing, science a plus. 1+ years of pharmaceutical/medical sales management experience with documented success is a must. Ability to pass a complete background check a must. Ability to travel to meetings/training.

Pluses: An advanced degree is a plus. Demonstrate leadership abilities and ability to fulfill Division Manager responsibilities through prior professional experiences. Participation in "Management Development Programs" or rotational programs a plus.

Director of Sales
Electronics Knoxville, TN Base + Bonus

The Director of Sales will position, present, and sell a wide array of business services including contact center, distribution, installation, warehousing, fulfillment and other services to new and existing accounts nationwide.

Responsibilities include lead generation and follow up, aggressively seek and identify new business/market opportunities. Develop sales strategies and action plans for targets of opportunity. Establish, track and monitor sales goals for all accounts. Increase sales/account penetration to maximize profitability. Develop sales budgets and manage expenses. Initiate, lead and direct new business proposals, quotes, RFQ responses, etc.

Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Business or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years progressive sales or marketing experience. Proven skill in finding, developing, and acquiring new business. Proven ability to design and execute effective marketing strategies. Proven ability to originate sales, cross-sell, and up-sell professional services, and manage client relationships. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high degree of self-motivation. Experience in selling fulfillment services is highly desirable.
